In this episode, I speak with Jevon Dangeli - Transpersonal Coach and Hypnotherapy Practitioner who combines the holistic aspects of NLP with mindfulness and Transpersonal Psychology. It is Jevon's training and courses which led me to become certified as a Transpersonal Coach. His work has been a huge inspiration to me over the years and I integrate many of his techniques into the coaching and workshops I now offer for Highly Sensitive People.
We speak about the benefits of applied open awareness and the practice of Jumi, which are techniques to help people move from 'tunnel awareness' to the more receptive and resourceful state of 'open awareness'. These tools are an invaluable resource for highly sensitive people dealing with anxiety and the stress of other overwhelming emotions.

Jevon Dangeli has a Master’s degree in Transpersonal Psychology. He is also is a certified NLP Trainer, Transpersonal Coach and Hypnotherapy Practitioner who has provided training in these areas since 2004. He has written 9 training manuals and recorded over 30 audio-programmes, as well as a comprehensive video series where he teaches psychological methods for personal and professional development. He is the creator of the Authentic Self-Empowerment approach that combines the holistic aspects of NLP with mindfulness and transpersonal psychology. He has been developing the Jumi (judo mind) practice since 2001. Jumi is a way to help people of all ages to establish open awareness and core strength while regulating emotions and energy flow.
